Italylunch stands out for its express cooking system, capable of serving a full menu in just 140 seconds while preserving the flavor and quality of Italian ingredients across Europe. This breakthrough is the result of advanced R&D and the standardization of traditional Italian recipes.

As General Contractor, UPM Group managed the entire development of the space, overseeing:

• Civil works for spatial structuring
• Electrical and air conditioning systems to ensure comfort and functionality
• Visual communication solutions, including signage, awnings, and lightboxes, for a distinctive brand identity
