New Balance: a new balance between identity and innovation
Large scale retailing & Large scale Distributed systems
The Context
A new space in the heart of Northern Europe
In Stockholm, a dynamic city known for its design culture, a new New Balance store takes shape. A space reflecting the brand’s values: performance, innovation and strong identity, in one of Europe’s most quality-driven markets.
Project Objectives
Giving structure to the brand’s vision
The goal was to turn the design concept into a concrete, functional and perfectly executed space. Not just building, but coordinating every operational phase to ensure precision, timeline compliance and high-quality standards aligned with New Balance identity.
“A space that speaks of performance, not only in the products displayed, but in the way it was built.“
What Was Done
A directing role
We acted as General Contractor, managing all site activities in an integrated way:
- Civil Works
Execution and coordination of structural works and interior finishes. - Electrical Systems
Installation and management of systems supporting lighting and in-store technologies. - Mechanical Systems
HVAC systems and technical plant installations to ensure comfort and efficiency.
The Outcome
Natural, coherent, precise.
Behind the perceived simplicity lies a structured and coordinated effort that allows the brand to express itself at its best.
A space that speaks of performance, not only in the products displayed, but in the way it was built.
